JD or BA in Business, Communications or related degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 10 years of Property Casualty Claims, Underwriting, and/or Risk Management experience required. Require project management experience. Require strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and recommend creative solutions to business problems. CPCU or other related insurance education highly desirable. Legal or insurance compliance background a plus. Ability to do very accurate and detailed work that requires long periods of concentration. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to coordinate and manage projects among various business units. Consulting skills for advisement to product managers and other senior/staff officers. Must have excellend PC and technology background and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office software products (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project). Must be highly organized and be able to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines. Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to work within a team oriented setting.

Develop and maintain all Property and Casualty insurance product coverage foms, contracts, endorsements, etc. Conduct necessary internal and external research to maintain compliant and competitive forms. Monitor and analyze change in various states insurance codes, laws, and case law to determine impact and create a solution. Manage multiple projects. Write policy contracts and endorsements. Work with other departments to create and implement change. Manage multiple dead lines. Monitor internal operating financial and member service results for opportunities for product coverage improvements. Prepare state filings.
